Block and stop all communication with him.
Do not pay him anything.
In my experience helping hundreds of scam / blackmail victims, blackmailers are bluffing.
I'm pretty sure that my dog is transgender, how would I go about transitioning it?
If necessary change your phone number or create a new email address.
